The recipients of this personal data are PSE – Pharma Solutions Europe itself and the external hosting provider Host Europe, available at: https://www.hosteurope.de/
The data collected will not be passed on to other recipients of any category or transmitted in any other way.
The controller of PSE – Pharma Solutions Europe does not intend to transfer the personal data to a third country or an international organization.
The provision of your personal data is not required by law or contract and is not necessary for the conclusion of a contract.

Right to information
You have the right to request confirmation from our controller as to whether your data is being processed.
You have a right to information about your data and a right to the following information:
- This data is collected and processed for the purpose of enabling you to use our website (establishing a connection), ensuring system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure, providing information to law enforcement authorities in the event of a cyber attack or misuse and optimizing our offering.
- We do not disclose your data to anyone, let alone to recipients in third countries or international organizations, and will not do so in the future.

- We use “Webalizer2” to collect the above-mentioned data. This tool is provided to us by our external hosting provider.
Right to rectification
You have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure (“to be forgotten”)
You have the right to demand that our controller erase personal data concerning you without undue delay. Our controller is obliged to delete your data immediately if one of the following reasons applies:
- The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
- You revoke your consent on which the processing was based pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a or Art. 9 para. 2 letter a DSGVO and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
- You object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DSGVO and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing. Or you object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 DSGVO.
- Your data has been processed unlawfully.
- The deletion of your data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States to which the controller is subject.
- Your data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Art. 8 para. 1 DSGVO.
Right to object to the processing

Right to restriction of processing
In accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, you have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies
- The accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, for a period enabling our controller to verify the accuracy of your data.
- The processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead.
- Our controller no longer needs your data for the purposes of the processing, but you require the data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
- You have exercised your right to object to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, while it is not yet clear whether the legitimate reasons for the processing of our controller outweigh your legitimate reasons.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the data concerning you, which you have provided to our controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from our controller to whom your data has been provided, provided that
- the processing is based on your consent and
- the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to withdraw consent given
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In this case, you will be informed of this before you give your consent. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving consent. If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily. You can use pseudonyms.
